Changing Rooms / Showers / Toilets
Changing rooms and showers will be available for all male and female competitors should they wish to avail of these. There will be a number of toilets available for use both at the Washingbay Centre and Derrylaughan GAC changing rooms.

Prizes
All competitors, runners, walkers will be presented with a medal upon crossing the finishing line. Trophies will be presented to the top male/female finisher in each race category.

T-Shirts
The first 50 entrants signing up for entry will receive a free running t-shirt. When registering through the website, competitors will be asked to enter their sizes and will be available to collect on the morning of the race.
A limited number of t-shirts may be available on the day.
